Solo developer Jo Drolet has unveiled the eagerly anticipated launch of Lhea and the Word Spirit, a captivating single-player roguelite where players take on the role of guiding lost souls through enigmatic worlds. Set to embark on a quest to seal the ominous In-Between, players will navigate the delicate balance between life and death, aided by an ancient Word Spirit. The game's aesthetic is defined by its minimalist visuals, complemented by an innovative "timeline battle system".

In Lhea and the Word Spirit, players will have the unique ability to manipulate the timeline of battles, enhancing their progression through the game. A variety of enchanted rings can be equipped and upgraded, offering different spells and unlocking hidden secrets that delve deeper into the mysteries of the In-Between.
