Rinascita offers a wealth of discoveries, including several types of puzzles that can be challenging to decipher. Among these are Morph Paintings, which feature in two distinct puzzle formats: Overflowing Palettes and straightforward restoration tasks.
Morph Painting Restoration puzzles are relatively simple and definitely worth your effort if you're aiming to collect extra resources like Astrites in Wuthering Waves. Below is a quick guide on how these puzzles function, where to locate them, and the steps to solve them.

To restore Morph Paintings, simply find the correct ones and position them on their corresponding pedestals. Read the descriptions on each pedestal, identify the portrait that matches the description, then use your Levitator tool to place the painting back where it belongs. The game will usually switch your equipped tool to the Levitator automatically, but you can manually select it by pressing Tab or D-Pad Left if needed.
Currently, there are two such paintings in the game, each tied to the Shadow of the Towers: Resounding Rise and Trials of Old quests.

The Shadows of the Past questline in Wuthering Waves guides players through all three towers in Thorncrown - Thessaleo Falls. Among these, Resounding Rise features a Morph Painting puzzle. Follow these steps to solve it (using the large central painting as your reference):
Once you complete the puzzle, a chest will appear, allowing you to continue with the remaining quest objectives.

The Trials of Old quest requires completing four separate trials near Porto-Veno Castle, located in the eastern part of Thessaleo Fells. Here, you'll encounter another Morph Painting puzzle during the Trial of Wisdom. Arrange the paintings on the correct pedestals so they narrate a story from left to right. The solution is shown in the image above.
A simple way to verify correct placement is to check if the painting frame illuminates after inserting it. Use this visual cue to bypass the puzzle mechanics entirely.
