Vampire Survivors Unveils SaGa-Inspired DLC and Cross-Save Update

Vampire Survivors has just released a thrilling new free DLC today, aptly named the Emerald Diorama. This exciting addition is a unique crossover with Square Enix’s renowned fantasy RPG series, SaGa, marking the game's most significant update to date.

Emerald Diorama Brings JRPG Vibes to Vampire Survivors

The Emerald Diorama DLC introduces a fresh stage designed as a mini world map, offering an immersive world-hopping experience. Players can explore over a dozen new characters, ranging from puppeteers to those who enchant with cursed songs. The update also adds over 16 new weapons and introduces the innovative Glimmer system, allowing players to randomly acquire new skills during their runs. To enhance the atmosphere, the DLC includes nine new music tracks.

To unlock the Emerald Diorama in Vampire Survivors, players need to visit Moongolow and interact with a new merchant. Purchase the Emerald Disk for 50,000 gold, and then unlock the content piece by piece from there. The DLC also introduces character parties, enabling you to form your own mini squad. Additionally, the DLC comes with two new Adventures, which are mini-campaigns featuring six chapters each. "To End an Ice Age" is designed for the base game, while "Tides of the Foscari" expands the narrative and content of the new DLC.

Alongside the DLC, There’s Another Free Update

Simultaneously, the base game has received another free update named The Coop, which introduces a quirky chicken theme. Players can now meet Gazebo, the new chicken character, along with a new weapon and a relic that accelerates gameplay. Achievements and the unlockable area, Darkana, are also part of this update. Collecting 500 lifetime floor chickens will unlock the full potential of The Coop update.

For an insider tip: When playing The Coop, avoid killing anything for the first minute to unlock the Gaze of Gaea. Evolving it with Parm Aegis will further unlock Gazebo.

Both the Emerald Diorama DLC and The Coop update are available for free on Vampire Survivors, which you can download from the Google Play Store. The game now supports cross-platform saving, allowing you to continue your progress across PC, Xbox, Android, and iOS.
