Cyberpunk Card Game Mutants: Genesis Launches

Following a two-year early access period on PC, Mutants: Genesis has officially launched. It is now available on Android, iOS, and Steam. Developed by Celsius Online, this online card game features cards that literally spring to life.

What is Mutants: Genesis?

Step into a futuristic universe dominated by powerful corporations and competitive combat leagues. Build decks, summon mutants, and watch them transform into animated creatures battling in holographic arenas.

You play as a Psycog, a strategic commander leading genetically altered mutants in quick-paced duels. As the new leader of the Panakeia team, travel the globe to compete in the Xtrem Mutants Junior League.

Along the way, you'll encounter new Champions and unlock additional cards, strategies, and gene-based powers. Even though it’s a card game, the emphasis is on adaptability, foresight, and refining your tactics with each move.

Mutants: Genesis includes over 200 cards spanning six distinct gene types. The Tech gene revolves around machinery and precision, giving you mutants that self-repair and attack swiftly using mechanics such as Self-Repair and Dual Core.

Necro introduces a darker theme, turning death into a weapon. Cards in this category can return stronger after defeat and use unique resources like Bones to empower your army.

Blades rewards sharp tactical play, utilizing Orbs and conditional abilities to shift the battle’s momentum. Zoo embodies pure chaos—mutants charge forward, evolve rapidly, and deliver surprises as they gain ranks.

Space offers a militaristic approach, centered on squad unity and fortress-like defenses. Mystic brings magic to the forefront, wielding powers like Burn and Stasis to dominate the battlefield while summoning mythical beings.

Mutants: Genesis Offers Plenty of Content

PvE enthusiasts can team up with two other players for epic boss encounters or tackle Temporal Rifts in weekly challenges. PvP competitors can climb through eight ranked tiers in a monthly reset competitive ladder.

Seasonal rewards, regular balance updates, and the chance to rank among the top Psycogs await. Every PvP victory and cooperative run earns rewards such as new cards and crafting resources.
