Mortal Kombat Mobile kicks off its 10th anniversary celebration with its biggest update yet, delivering new fighters and revamped gameplay for its decade-long legacy. Since launching in 2015, the iconic fighting game has amassed nearly 230 million downloads and grown to feature over 175 fighters spanning the franchise's entire history.
Warner Bros. Games and NetherRealm Studios are commemorating this milestone with two premium characters, a transformed game mode, and special daily login bonuses. The March 25th update introduces MK1 Geras and Klassic Skarlet - powerful new additions to the roster.
MK1 Geras serves as Liu Kang's temporal enforcer, manipulating sand and time to protect allies. His Sands of Time passive reduces team damage while gradually restoring health, and his Colliding Worlds Fatal Blow transports enemies through a time rift for crushing dual attacks.
Klassic Skarlet returns in her Mortal Kombat 11 interpretation as a vampiric blood mage. Her abilities siphon opponents' vitality during combat, simultaneously weakening enemies while enhancing her own offensive capabilities.
Both fighters will be available through the limited-time 10-Year Anniversary Kombat Pass. The Premium version unlocks Diamond-tier MK1 Geras, while Premium+ subscribers gain early access to Gold Klassic Skarlet alongside Geras.
From April 1-10, daily login rewards will feature beloved characters like MK11 Scorpion, Thundergod Raiden, and Fire God Liu Kang at no cost. The update also transforms Faction Wars into the new Realm Klash mode, launching March 26th with improved challenges and rewards.
