This week, the InZOI development team is taking a short New Year’s break (a three-day holiday in South Korea). Before their break, project lead Hyungjun "Kjun" Kim shared updates on highly requested community features, confirming which will be implemented and to what extent.

InZOI will allow players to use real facial capture to create zoi templates. While previously announced, Kjun emphasized further simplification of this process is a key goal.
Personal pets will be a feature, though not available during the early access period. Players will need to wait a little longer for this addition. (Interestingly, Kjun is a self-proclaimed animal lover!)
Expect to see tall buildings, capped at 30 floors. While the game engine allows for taller structures, this limit helps maintain optimal performance.
Gas stations and, importantly, fights will be included. Kjun acknowledged player feedback regarding the previously shallow "slap" mechanic and confirmed the implementation of fully realized fight sequences with clear winners and losers.
Finally, a tutorial will be added to help new players unfamiliar with the genre quickly get up to speed.
Krafton is currently still aiming for an InZOI early access release at the end of March, with no anticipated delays.
