For all you fishing aficionados eager to dive into the sanity-shredding isolation of the deep sea, the wait is finally over. Dredge, the highly-anticipated eldritch fishing simulator, is set to make its mobile debut on February 27th, following several shifts in its release schedule.

In Dredge, you take on the role of a nameless fisherman navigating the mysterious waters around a desolate archipelago. Your primary task is straightforward: catch fish and sell them to the island's inhabitants. However, the game becomes more complex as you manage and upgrade your boat, explore the archipelago, and uncover its enigmatic secrets. And what's that lurking in the fog at night?

As reported late last year, Dredge's mobile version faced delays, with an initial target date set for February 2025. That date is now upon us, and the iOS App Store listing has been updated to reflect the new release date, although the Android Google Play listing is not yet live.

ytOh I do love to be beside the seasideBeyond the casual joy of fishing, Dredge offers an engaging upgrade system and a deep dive into Lovecraftian horror. While details on future DLC remain under wraps, the main game already includes expansions that expand the scope of the archipelago.

If February 27th marks the final release date for Dredge, many of you will be thrilled to see it finally arrive on mobile devices. With its distinctive low-poly aesthetic and captivating visual style, Dredge is poised to become a favorite among mobile gamers.
