Exciting news for Diablo IV players! Data mined from this week's Season 5 Public Test Realm (PTR) reveals the introduction of four new consumables, exclusively for the upcoming Infernal Hordes endgame mode.

These consumables, designed to enhance gameplay within Infernal Hordes, are:

• Antipathy: A rare anointment boosting resistance.
• Blackblood: A common anointment improving a random core stat.
• Vitriol: A magical anointment increasing damage over time.
• Triune Anointment Cache: A new cache containing anointments, rare gear, and crafting materials.

The PTR, open until July 2nd, will allow players to experiment with these new additions. Currently, details regarding acquisition methods, usage costs, and crafting recipes remain scarce. However, the inclusion of crafting recipes suggests players will be able to create these powerful consumables.

Infernal Hordes itself promises a challenging roguelite experience. Players will face waves of enemies every 90 seconds, choosing from three modifiers to enhance or alter the difficulty after each wave.
