Key bug fixes resolve in-game problems, including a soft-lock triggered by stunning the Grown Bourgeon, various world map soft-lock issues, and more. The update also improves French, German, and Chinese language support for certain game elements.

According to the announcement, developers are actively working on additional fixes and enhancements, with more details to follow. While these patches are crucial for game optimization, many fans are eager for larger updates, such as potential downloadable content.

Expedition 33 Director Endorses Competing RPG Released Same Day

In related news, Sandfall Games' Creative Director Guillaume Broche recommended another RPG that launched alongside Expedition 33. Through the game's official Twitter (X) account on April 30, Broche encouraged players to explore The Hundred Line: Last Defense Academy. He remarked, "After your Expedition, be sure to try The Hundred Line, another outstanding turn-based RPG released last week, crafted with passion by a talented team."

This endorsement came in response to earlier praise from The Hundred Line’s co-director Kazutaka Kodaka, who had highlighted Expedition 33. On April 28, Kodaka tweeted, "Even after completing Expedition 33, this unique Japanese cult classic will be here waiting for you!" He continued with multiple posts applauding Expedition 33 and urging players to experience both remarkable RPGs.
