Navigating the Kentucky BioTech Facility

The mission begins with Case and Marshall entering a toxic-gas-filled facility, necessitating gas masks. An elevator malfunction leads to a fall, gas mask breakage, and hallucinations. The player regains control after a cutscene.

The initial area contains a locked red-lit door. Use a hatchet found on a mannequin to break it open. Proceed through the hallway, up the stairs to the central elevator.

Activating the elevator triggers a mannequin-zombie transformation. Eliminate them with the hatchet. A phone call directs you to the biotechnology room, requiring four director's cards (Red, Green, Blue, Yellow). A map indicates the Yellow card's location.

Locating the Yellow Card and Grappling Hook

From the security console, follow the map to a yellow staircase. In the Director's office, solve the computer puzzle ("Access" and "Lift") to access the A.C.R. room. More axe-wielding zombies await.

After defeating them, a mannequin holding the Yellow card transforms into an abomination. Before engaging, collect armor, weapons, and the crucial grappling hook from the surrounding area.

Use tactical explosives (C4 or grenades) to quickly eliminate the abomination and its zombie horde. Retrieve the Yellow card from its remains.

Securing the Green Card

Use the grappling hook to ascend from the A.C.R. room. Next, obtain the Green card from the Administration Facility. Grapple to the facility from the security desk. After answering the phone, locate four documents and place them in the file display area.

Documents are located: on a corner desk, near a round table, on a central table near a noticeboard, and in the cafe near a sink. A red mannequin attacks after placing the documents; subdue it with the grappling hook until it transforms into a Mangler Zombie. Defeating it yields the Green card.

Acquiring the Blue and Red Cards

Grapple to the Joint Projects Facility from the Administration balcony. Answer the phone and locate the Blue card within a glass chamber guarded by a Mimic. Shoot moving objects to lure out and defeat the Mimic to obtain the Blue card.

For the Red card, proceed to the East Wing, following the red carpets to a room with water, a console, and a Mangler. Interact with the console to reveal the Red card. Use the grappling hook to reach the upper area, swim through a red tunnel, climb ladders, and eliminate zombies. Unlock a door using a blacklight-revealed code.

Activate a timer and turn three drain switches within 25 seconds (one in the initial room, one in the unlocked room, and one accessed via grappling hook). After draining the water, follow the Mangler's path, defeat it and its horde to obtain the Red card.

Confronting the Disciple

Return to the security desk, insert all four cards, and take the elevator. Eliminate any pursuing zombies. A cinematic sequence in the BioTech room leads to a confrontation with numerous zombies and a Disciple. Defeating them reveals the events were a hallucination.
