Best Buy Canada has announced in an official blog post that pre-orders for the Nintendo Switch 2 will begin on April 2, coinciding with the Switch 2 Direct event.
The blog post serves as a detailed guide on securing a Switch 2 pre-order, confirming: "Pre-orders for the Nintendo Switch 2 will open on April 2nd at Best Buy Canada."
It remains unclear whether this pre-order date applies exclusively to Best Buy Canada or if other major retailers will also start accepting orders on the same day.
Best Buy's U.S. Switch 2 page currently does not list a pre-order start date, though users can sign up to receive notifications about pre-order availability.
