Get ready for an enhanced gaming experience with Alien: Rogue Incursion - Part One: Evolved Edition, a thrilling single-player action-horror game set within the iconic Alien universe. The best part? You won't need a VR headset to dive into this chilling adventure. Scheduled to launch on PC and PlayStation 5 on September 30, 2025, this non-VR version promises "even deadlier Xenomorphs and enhanced visuals." Fans can start wishlisting the game today on Steam and PlayStation, ensuring they don't miss out on the action.

Originally, Alien: Rogue Incursion - Part One captivated players on PlayStation VR2 and PCVR via Steam in December 2024, followed by its release on Meta Quest 3 in February. Now, the game is evolving to reach a broader audience without the need for VR technology.

Developed and published by Survios, the Evolved Edition of Alien: Rogue Incursion - Part One is priced at $29.99 for the standard edition, while the Digital Deluxe edition is available for $39.99. Set between the events of the films Alien and Aliens, the game thrusts players into a gripping mission on the planet Purdan (LV-354). Players join Zula and her Synthetic companion, Davis 01, as they search for a former squadmate amidst a sudden attack, leading them to the eerie Castor’s Cradle research facility of Gemini Exoplanet Solutions. Expect intense action, terrifying encounters with Xenomorphs, and a deep narrative filled with mystery.

IGN's review of the VR version awarded it a 7/10, praising it as "a compelling first crack at bringing Alien to VR with lots of room to grow." The developers will be showcasing a brand-new look at the Evolved Edition at IGN Live next month, giving fans an exciting preview of what's to come.
