Gravity Co. has just released their latest Android game, Shambles: Sons of Apocalypse, which offers a unique blend of deckbuilding, roguelike, and RPG elements. In this game, you play as an explorer emerging from a bunker 500 years after a devastating global war that has wiped out most of humanity.

The World Has Completely Changed… in the Game

Your mission is to rebuild civilization in a world that has transformed into a chaotic realm known as Eustea. This new world is divided into over 100 distinct zones, each with its own unique narratives and intriguing histories. As you navigate through this fragmented landscape, you'll encounter human survivors scattered across the continent, each struggling to survive in a world vastly different from the one before. Some groups are vying for control, while others are simply trying to make ends meet.

Take a look at the animation trailer for Shambles: Sons of Apocalypse below.

Shambles: Sons of Apocalypse Is a Text-Based RPG with Roguelike Deckbuilding

In Shambles: Sons of Apocalypse, every decision you make shapes your journey. You'll encounter pivotal moments where you must choose to engage in combat, negotiate, or retreat. These choices lead to diverse outcomes, ensuring that your experience is unique compared to other players.

The game features multiple endings, where your actions could lead to saving a community, causing its downfall, or even your own demise without leaving a trace. The concept of the butterfly effect is central to the gameplay, where even minor decisions can have significant repercussions.

Combat in the game is driven by a deckbuilding system, allowing you to craft your strategy with over 300 cards, 200 skills, and various pieces of equipment. You can opt for a modern soldier approach with contemporary weapons or embrace a medieval knight style.

As you explore, you'll document your findings in a pictorial log, capturing everything from bizarre creatures and ancient artifacts to strangely preserved books. Shambles: Sons of Apocalypse is now available on Android, and you can download it from the Google Play Store for $6.99.
