Reverse: 1999 Celebrates Its First Anniversary With Version 1.9 Update ‘Vereinsamt’

Bluepoch Games' time-travel RPG, Reverse: 1999, celebrates its first anniversary with a massive update, Version 1.9, dubbed "Vereinsamt" (Lonely in German). This update brings a wealth of new content, including free characters, limited-time banners, new game modes, and exciting collaborations.

Claim Semmelweis, a free 6-star character, and 30 free pulls simply by logging in during the anniversary event.

Lucy, a 6-star DPS character with a Metropolis-inspired robot design, is available via the limited-time "Thoughts in Cylinder" banner. Though robotic in appearance, Lucy is an Awakened arcanist connected to a Watt steam engine prototype, driven by a passion for scientific advancement.

Returning characters include the 5-star Matilda and Kakania (first seen in Version 1.7), summonable in the "Observation into the Mirrors" banner starting October 10th.

Reverse: 1999's first anniversary also introduces a new rogue-like mode, "A Series of Dusks," offering players the chance to earn the new 5-star character, Lorelei, and other valuable rewards.

Collaborations with Discovery and KOI are on the horizon. Discovery will provide new outfits for Tooth Fairy and Getian, while KOI's collaboration, launching in October, will feature limited-edition merchandise.

Version 1.9 also debuts the game's first unique garment for Regulus – the "Take Off! To the Future" outfit, which includes new Ultimates and other features. Additional characters, including Jessica, Voyager, and Sonetto, will also receive new clothing options.
