NetEase's post-apocalyptic shooter, Once Human, is launching its first cross-play test, offering a sneak peek at its cross-progression features before the mobile launch in April. This closed beta confirms seamless transitions between devices.
Following the recent success of Marvel Rivals, NetEase's Once Human, initially released on PC, is finally making its way to mobile. The game plunges players into a supernatural apocalypse where humanity struggles to survive. Players must gather allies, rebuild society, and confront monstrous threats, even navigating potential betrayals among survivors.
Once Human's blend of stunning visuals and intense run-and-gun gameplay has generated considerable anticipation. While previous beta tests have occurred, this cross-progression test is a key feature, allowing players to easily switch between devices. It also serves as a final opportunity for hands-on experience before the April launch.
More Human Than Human
The test runs until March 30th, with sign-ups still open. While Once Human might not have captured the same PC audience as Marvel Rivals, its stylish shooter mechanics seem perfectly suited for mobile. The upcoming mobile release is excellent news for mobile gamers.
