While you can't directly control the equipment of your comrades, only enhancing their gear as a whole, your Accessory stands out with its unique customization and command options. Here’s how you can tailor your Accessory and issue specific commands to optimize their performance in combat.

Customizing your Accessory in Freedom Wars Remastered is straightforward and mirrors the process for your own gear within the Loadout menu. Just below your player settings, you'll find the Accessory option, which opens a similar loadout interface. Your Accessory can equip any weapon at your disposal, along with any compatible Modules for that weapon.

A key difference is that Accessories don't require ammo for gun weapons, giving them a unique advantage. Additionally, you can equip your Accessory with a single combat item, which they'll use at their discretion. While limited to one weapon and one combat item, the real power of your Accessory lies in the unique commands you can issue to them.

Accessory Orders

To customize the orders for your Accessory, navigate to the Loadout menu where you can select which set of Orders you want them to use. To modify these orders, interact with your Accessory in your cell and select the "Customize Accessory" option, the fifth from the top. This allows you to tailor any available commands into a set that suits your strategy. You can also increase the number of orders in a set by purchasing the "Right To Assign Orders Entitlements" from the Window of Liberty Interface Entitlements under the Accessory section. Remember, you must choose which Order Set to use before an Operation, as you can't change them mid-mission. The available orders include:
