Duet Night Abyss, a highly anticipated fantasy action RPG, is preparing for its second closed beta test (CBT). The recruitment for the second CBT began today, May 13th, and will continue until June 2nd. This beta test will support multiple languages including English, Japanese, Korean, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese. To coincide with the announcement, the developers have released an exciting new trailer for the CBT, which you can watch right here.
To participate in this second closed beta test, interested players should visit the official Duet Night Abyss website and complete the provided questionnaire to apply. Additionally, the developers are running competitions on social media, offering another avenue to secure a spot in the test.
Duet Night Abyss combines elements of waifus and Warframe-like parkour into a unique gaming experience. The story begins with a girl living on a secluded island alongside her best friend and various tradesmen. The plot takes a dark turn when a military group kidnaps her friend and throws her off a cliff, propelling her into a larger, grim world filled with intense action and emotional depth.
This second CBT marks the final closed beta test for Duet Night Abyss. Players will have the option to choose between a male or female protagonist and explore a new storyline called "Children From the Snowfield." The game allows players to experience events from both character perspectives, but rather than switching between them, you can summon up to two companions to aid in battle.
