Royal Petrol gas station loyalty program

Royal Petrol LLP is the company that owns the fuel station networks operating under the Royal Petrol and Continent brands.

Program - a customer loyalty program for both existing and new customers of the Royal Petrol gas station network and Continent mini markets. Through this program, the Company, at its sole discretion, rewards Participants for their purchases by awarding bonus points (Bonuses), offering special discounts, and creating personalized promotions based on Participant interests.

Rules - the official terms and conditions of the loyalty program for members.

Participant - an individual, 14 years of age or older, who is legally permitted to enter into minor everyday transactions and is registered in the Program according to the Rules. Participants must be individuals holding a valid individual identification number as required by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Participant Questionnaire (Questionnaire) - personal information provided by an individual when registering for the Program, as outlined in the Rules. By submitting the Questionnaire, the Participant voluntarily and in their own interest gives the Company full consent to process their personal data (in compliance with the Republic of Kazakhstan Law No. 94-V of May 21, 2013, "On Personal Data and Their Protection"). Processing methods include organizing and conducting advertising and informational communications via email, instant messengers, SMS, phone, and mail, as well as automated and electronic data processing, including database creation. This consent remains effective until the Participant withdraws it in writing.

Virtual Card - an electronic Card generated within the Mobile Application, with no physical form.

Site - the Company's official website located at: https://www.royal-petrol.kz, containing Program information.

Mobile application – Royal Petrol software designed for smartphones, tablets, and other mobile devices, available on iOS and Android platforms. The Company owns the Mobile Application.

Bonus points (Bonuses) - reward units awarded by the Company when a Participant purchases goods at Royal Petrol gas stations under Program terms. 1 (one) Bonus point equals 1 (one) tenge as defined by the Program. Bonuses can only be used for purchasing goods at Royal Petrol gas stations.

Bonus account of the Program Participant (Bonus account) – a record in the Program Database containing registration details and information on the number of Bonuses earned/spent, as well as the Participant's current balance.
