Xbox Game Pass Losing 6 Games Today, Including 3 Great Multiplayer Titles

Six Xbox Game Pass titles are departing on January 15th, primarily impacting multiplayer game enthusiasts. The games leaving the service include Escape Academy, Those Who Remain, Exoprimal, Insurgency: Sandstorm, Figment: Journey Into the Mind, and Common'hood. Half of these are multiplayer-focused.
The typical Xbox Game Pass rotation sees games removed mid-month and at the end of the month. This removal follows a similar purge on December 31st.

While Escape Academy is leaving Xbox Game Pass, PC players can obtain it for free via the Epic Games Store starting January 16th. Removal times vary, but most games are typically removed near the end of the day.
The next wave of departures is anticipated on January 31st, with details expected alongside the January 2025 Wave 2 lineup. Confirmed titles for this wave include Lonely Mountains: Snow Riders, Eternal Strands, Sniper Elite: Resistance, and Citizen Sleeper 2: Starward Vector. Further announcements are expected around January 23rd, coinciding with the Xbox Developer Direct.
