January 2025

Dynasty Warriors: Origins - On January 17, Tecmo Koei brings back its iconic musou series with the first major installment since 2018. Dynasty Warriors: Origins will leverage current-gen hardware to fill your screen with hordes of enemies ready for you to cut down while shouting, "DIE, NASTY WARRIORS!" Sniper Elite: Resistance - If long-range precision is more your style, mark your calendar for January 30 when Sniper Elite: Resistance launches. Assassin’s Creed Shadows - On February 14, Ubisoft takes its flagship series to feudal Japan with Assassin’s Creed Shadows. Choose to play as a ninja or a samurai, or both, thanks to dual protagonists. Available on current-gen consoles and PC.

Date Everything! - If you're spending Valentine's Day alone, dive into Date Everything!, a sandbox dating sim where you can romance over 100 inanimate objects, from windows to walls, all fully voice acted. It'll be available on PS5, Xbox Series consoles, Switch, and PC.

Avowed - On February 18, Obsidian's Avowed brings the fantasy universe of Pillars of Eternity into a first-person, real-time action RPG. While it may resemble Skyrim, it's designed to be more compact like The Outer Worlds. Available on Xbox Series consoles and PC.

Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii - On February 21, get ready for Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii. Goro Majima, with amnesia, embarks on a pirate adventure. It's coming to Xbox, PlayStation, and PC.

Monster Hunter Wilds - Capcom's Monster Hunter Wilds aims to refine the series' core experience for both veterans and newcomers. It launches on February 28 for Xbox Series, PS5, and PC, promising new features that leverage current-gen technology.

March 2025

Split Fiction - On March 6, Hazelight, the studio behind It Takes Two and A Way Out, releases Split Fiction. April 2025

Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves - On April 24, the first new Fatal Fury game this century, Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves, brings back Terry Bogard and Mai Shiranui. Available on both PlayStation consoles, Xbox Series, and PC.
