We want to keep you informed with this important public service announcement: the PlayStation Network (PSN) is currently experiencing an outage. According to Downdetector, PSN has been down since at least 3pm PST/6pm EST. The PlayStation Network Service page confirms that all services, including sign-in, gaming, and access to the PlayStation Store, are affected.
Unfortunately, it's not yet clear when PSN services will be restored, which means your weekend gaming plans might be disrupted. You won't be able to play popular titles like Marvel Rivals, Call of Duty, Fortnite, and other favorites until the issue is resolved.
We will keep you updated on when PSN services resume. In the meantime, it appears that this outage is specific to PSN, as no other gaming platforms are currently reporting similar issues.
