Pokémon Go’s Charged Embers Hatch Day will feature Elekid and Magby in eggs

Pokémon Go's year-end event, Charged Embers Hatch Day, is set to ignite the game on December 29th! This special event focuses on Elekid and Magby, offering increased chances to catch these Pokémon and their Shiny variants.

The event runs from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm local time, providing a three-hour window to maximize your hatching efforts. During this time, Elekid and Magby will appear more frequently in 2 km Eggs, with boosted Shiny rates. You'll also earn double Candy for every Egg hatched.

To further boost your hatching speed, an extended bonus begins Friday, December 27th, at 10:00 am, lasting until the end of Hatch Day. Eggs in Incubators will hatch at half the normal distance. Don't forget to redeem available Pokémon Go codes for extra rewards!

Free Timed Research will be available, granting a Super Incubator and XP upon completion. A paid Timed Research option ($1) offers a Super Incubator, a Star Piece, and 2,500 XP. Additionally, you'll receive 2x Hatch Stardust throughout the event.
