After generously distributing 1000 Trade Tokens in their last update, Pokémon TCG Pocket is now heating things up with the exciting Pawmot Drop Event. As a collector, I find myself constantly racing against time to complete my collection before new packs drop, and this latest event is no exception. It introduces the irresistibly cute Pawmot, adding a swift and strategic edge to your gameplay in Solo Battles.
By engaging in Solo Battles, you can earn promo cards that will enhance your collection. The Promo Pack A Series Vol. 6 might feature a Pawmot equipped with the Counterattack Ability, which inflicts 20 damage to the attacking Pokémon if Pawmot is in the Active Spot and takes damage. Alongside Pawmot, you could also collect cards like Floatzel, Machamp, Ekans, and Bidoof.
While I'm still working towards completing the Shining Revelry expansion, the urgency of the Pawmot Drop Event, which runs only until April 17th, means my focus will be squarely on Solo Battles until then.
Our enthusiasm for this card battler is no secret, as we frequently discuss it on our weekly Wrapp. However, if you're in the mood for something different, take a peek at our curated list of the best card games on iOS.
If you're eager to dive into the action, you can download Pokémon TCG Pocket for free on the App Store and Google Play, though it does feature in-app purchases.
