The NES holds a special place in my heart as the first console I ever played, with fond memories of classics like Super Mario Bros., Mega Man 2, and the challenging Hook platformer from my early childhood. It's no surprise it earns an S-tier spot. Meanwhile, the Switch's ingenious hybrid design (despite issues like stick drift) and its stellar lineup of games, including The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom and Super Mario Odyssey, secure its position alongside the NES in the top tier.
