Fantastic Four reunites in the upcoming Marvel Rivals update

The Fantastic Four are almost fully assembled in one of this winter's hottest games! Next Friday's major update to Marvel Rivals introduces The Thing and Human Torch, completing a much-anticipated team-up.

A ranked checkpoint arrives in just 10 days, rewarding players with in-game prizes. Gold rank and above unlocks exclusive skins, while Grandmaster rank and higher earns a prestigious Crest of Honor.

However, a partial rank reset is planned, demoting players by four divisions. This change has sparked controversy, as many players feel their hard-earned progress is unfairly diminished mid-season. The concern is that this could deter less dedicated players from engaging with the ranked mode.

Developers have acknowledged the negative feedback and indicated a willingness to adapt. Should the community response remain overwhelmingly critical, adjustments to the reset system are possible.
