Amazon Prime's Fallout TV series gears up for its second season! Filming begins this November, following the successful debut of season one earlier this year.
Season 2: A Return to the Wasteland
Leslie Uggams (Betty Pearson), confirmed the November start date in an interview with Screen Rant. While the full cast remains unconfirmed, Ella Purnell (Lucy MacLean) and Walton Goggins (Cooper "The Ghoul" Howard) are expected to reprise their roles. Uggams teased exciting developments for her character, Betty Pearson, promising surprises for fans. "I am with the Vault People, so I didn’t get to see what the Earth people were doing," she shared. "So when it came on, I was blown away. But Betty’s got some things up her sleeve. Just stay tuned."
A tentative release date of 2026 is anticipated, considering the filming schedule and post-production timeline. This aligns with the production schedule of Season 1, which filmed around July 2022 and premiered in April 2024. An official release date is yet to be announced.
Heading to New Vegas!
Prepare for a trip to the glittering wasteland of New Vegas! Producer Graham Wagner revealed that Fallout: New Vegas's iconic antagonist, Robert House, will be a key player in Season 2. While the extent of his involvement remains a mystery, his presence was hinted at in Season 1 flashbacks.
Season 2 promises to expand on Season 1's cliffhangers, explore untold Vault-Tec stories, and delve deeper into the origins of the Great War, all while enriching existing characters.
