Both the Extra and Premium tiers are currently priced the same, at $99.99 for a 12-month subscription. Typically, Premium would cost you $159.99, offering a 37% discount, while Extra is usually $134.99, which means a 25% savings. Given that Premium includes all the benefits of Extra plus additional perks like classic games, game trials, and cloud streaming, opting for Premium at this price is a no-brainer. Just be sure to cancel the auto-renewal before your discounted year is up to avoid any surprises on your bill.

This discount is exclusive to those whose PlayStation Plus memberships have already expired. If you're currently an active subscriber, you won't be able to take advantage of this deal. Also, canceling your current membership in hopes of getting the discount won't work if your subscription extends beyond February 24.

It's worth noting that this promotion is only available in North America and certain European countries. Unfortunately, the UK and other regions are not included in this offer. Additionally, the Essential tier is not part of this discount, maintaining Sony's trend of focusing on higher-tier memberships.
