Dive into Orna, the fantasy RPG & GPS MMO by Northern Forge Studios, for Terra's Legacy – a unique in-game event tackling real-world environmental pollution!

From September 9th to 19th, battle pollution-themed enemies and make a tangible difference. Terra's Legacy merges gameplay with real-world action. Discover polluted locations in your everyday life, submit them through Orna, and watch as Northern Forge transforms them into in-game "Gloomsites."

Confront the Murk, waste-themed enemies representing pollution, and feel the spirit of Nausicaä or Princess Mononoke as you fight for a cleaner planet. Defeating the Murk raises awareness and allows you to plant trees and grow Gaia apples in those same polluted real-world areas. These apples customize your character and enhance magical abilities, and can be harvested by other players – encouraging teamwork for a cleaner world, both in-game and out.

Orna's participation in Terra's Legacy is part of the Green Game Jam 2024, a global initiative promoting environmental awareness through gaming.
