Of course, the wedding between Lord Semine and Agnes isn’t allowed to proceed without issues. When the sword that’s supposed to be Lord Semine’s gift goes missing, you’re tasked with finding it. Here’s where to find Lord Semine’s sword in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2.

Radovan informs you that the sword, crafted from the Hermit’s Sword as Lord Semine’s gift, has gone missing. He doesn’t know who took it, but he recalls seeing a stranger in yellow earlier. Your first task is to find this man wearing yellow.

You can approach and question anyone dressed in yellow about the sword, and while most will deny any involvement, some might offer clues. They may mention seeing a man in yellow heading upstairs in the stable. Upon investigating the upper level of the stable, you'll find Hans attempting to charm a woman.

Although Hans is wearing yellow, he's not the thief. Fortunately, he saw who took the sword: Svatya, the bailiff’s son and the bride's brother. You can inquire why Svatya stole the sword, considering he'll soon be related to Lord Semine, or ask what he did with it. Hans advises you to confront Svatya directly, as he didn't follow him after the theft.

Confronting Svatya

Finding Svatya is straightforward. Exit the stables and locate the tree where the musicians are playing to entertain the wedding guests. Svatya is to the right of the musicians, drinking by the stable wall. He's visibly carrying a sword, raising hopes of recovering the missing one.

Unfortunately, Svatya has already disposed of Lord Semine’s gift. He admits to taking the sword to embarrass Old Semine, hoping to make it seem like he misplaced his son’s present and thus appear senile. Svatya didn’t consider the potential consequences or that his father might not shield him from theft charges.

Svatya confesses that he threw the sword into the pond, lacking time to hide it properly. This works in your favor. If you danced with Myshka earlier, she guided you to the pond after your dance. Otherwise, you can reach the pond by heading to Radovan’s location. Face him, and directly behind him is a door on the fence leading to the pond's edge.

Getting the Sword

Once you open the door, take a few steps forward and look down. You should see the sword in the water. Approach and retrieve it. The objective then shifts to returning to Radovan. He’ll ask who stole it, and you can either reveal Svatya's involvement or dismiss the question since the sword is now recovered.

Regardless of your choice, once you find Lord Semine’s sword in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 and return it to Radovan, the ceremony can begin. Ensure you complete any tasks that must be done before the wedding before speaking to Radovan. Then, congratulate the newlyweds and proceed to the next main quest.
