Delta Force Pre-Orders Launch for Mobile

Pre-registration for Level Infinite's revival of the iconic Delta Force brand, previously known as Delta Force: Hawk Ops, is now open for both iOS and Android users. Scheduled for a late January 2025 launch, Delta Force represents Tencent's ambitious entry into the modern military shooter genre, promising a blend of missions and modes with a tactical edge.

For those unfamiliar, the Delta Force series has been a cornerstone of the FPS genre since well before the emergence of Call of Duty. Rooted in the operations of the US military's special forces, the game has always emphasized realistic shooting mechanics, complemented by an array of authentic gadgets and weaponry.

Level Infinite's approach to reviving Delta Force is commendable. The game introduces Warfare mode, which offers large-scale combat reminiscent of Battlefield, while Operations mode dives into the extraction shooter genre. Additionally, players can anticipate a single-player campaign inspired by the Battle of Mogadishu, heavily influenced by the 2001 film Black Hawk Down, set to be released in 2025.

Security team, has been aggressive, implementing stringent restrictions on certain software and hardware for the PC version.
