PC Alpha Went Live on August 6, 2024!

The Delta Force PC Alpha Test became accessible to eager fans at around Aug 5, 9 p.m. EDT / 6 p.m. PDT. However, the developers announced on August 30 that the Alpha Test would conclude on September 8, or Sept 7, 8 p.m. EDT / 5 p.m. PDT for those in the United States.

Participants had multiple opportunities to join the Alpha Test through various channels, including:

• Watching Delta Force streams on Twitch to receive Twitch Drops

Additionally, the game's official Twitter/X account frequently hosted giveaways, distributing Alpha Test codes during special events and milestones.

July 24 Update: New Alpha Test Date Announced

Delta Force confirmed the rescheduled Alpha Test would kick off on August 6, 2024. Enthusiasts could secure their spot via the official website, the Steam page, or through Twitch drops and various giveaways. Notably, the official Twitter/X account ran a contest where 100 lucky winners were granted access codes.

July 16 Update: Alpha Test Postponed

Following the pre-alpha test from July 11 - 15, the developers identified significant issues affecting gameplay for the limited number of participants. Consequently, the planned July Alpha Test had to be postponed to ensure a smoother experience for future testers.

Initially Scheduled Alpha Test

Originally, Delta Force was set to conduct its Alpha Test starting July 18, with no specific end date announced. Potential testers could apply for access through the official website by completing player surveys, the Steam page, or by tuning into Twitch streams to earn Steam keys via Twitch Drops.

The pre-alpha test from July 11 to 15 served as a crucial stress test, allowing a select group of players early access to help the developers iron out any issues before the main Alpha Test.

Note that the Alpha Test was exclusively for PC players, accessible either through the game's official client or Steam. Access to one platform did not guarantee access to the other, as cross-progression was not available during the Alpha Test.
