While DC has explored various Hush-related storylines since the original concluded, Batman: Hush 2 marks the first time the original creative team has come back together. This reunion includes writer Jeph Loeb and artist Jim Lee, joined by inker Scott Williams, colorist Alex Sinclair, and letterer Richard Starkings. Building on the epilogue in the Batman: Hush 20th Anniversary Edition, Hush 2 reveals that Batman's childhood friend, Tommy Elliot, has survived their last confrontation. This revelation sets the stage for a gripping new mystery, with Hush manipulating Batman's allies and enemies.

The Hush 2 storyline will unfold across Batman #158-163, with the first issue set to hit stores on March 26. Following this arc, DC plans to relaunch the series with a fresh #1 issue and a new costume, ushering in a new era for the Dark Knight under the creative direction of writer Matt Fraction and artist Jorge Jimenez.
