The Pokémon GO Fashion Week event is back, bringing returning costumed Pokémon and a stylish newcomer: Minccino and Cinccino in fashionable attire! This limited-time event offers a chance to add these new costumed Pokémon to your collection.

When to Catch Costumed Minccino:

Costume Minccino and Cinccino debuted during Fashion Week 2025, running from January 10th to 19th, 2025. These chic Pokémon sport rhinestone glasses and adorable bows. Costume Minccino has a shiny variant, unlike its evolved form, Cinccino. The event also features returning costumed Pokémon like Butterfree, Dragonite, Diglett, Blitzle, Kirlia, Shinx, and various Furfrou forms in the wild and Raids.

How to Obtain Costume Minccino:

Unlike previous releases, obtaining the fashionable Minccino requires a bit more effort. It's available through two methods:

One-Star Raids:

Costume Minccino appears in One-Star Raids, easily soloable for most trainers. However, One-Star Raids also feature Shinx and Furfrou, so you might need to check several Gyms.

Paid Timed Research:

A $5 (or regional equivalent) Paid Timed Research ticket offers guaranteed Costume Minccino encounters, alongside XP, Stardust, a new avatar pose, and other event Pokémon.

Field Research:

While Field Research Tasks offer event-themed Pokémon encounters, Niantic hasn't specified if Minccino will be among them. It's possible, but not guaranteed, leaving free-to-play players reliant on raids.

Acquiring Costume Cinccino:

To get Cinccino in its fashionable outfit, you must evolve a costumed Minccino. This requires 50 Minccino Candies and a Unova Stone.
