This festive gift is located within the Winterfest lodge. Access the lodge via the snowflake icon on the Fortnite main menu. Look for a yellow present box with a red ribbon on the central carpet.

Open the present to receive the Santa Dogg outfit. (Note: shaking the box doesn't work.)
