Boxing Star unleashes the beast with new animal-inspired MegaPunches and Gym equipment

Boxing Star, ThumbAge's popular arcade boxing sim, just received a major update! This update introduces two powerful new MegaPunches, special moves that will help you knock out your opponents faster. In addition, new gym training equipment has been added to further enhance your boxer's abilities between fights.

While purists might prefer strict realism, Boxing Star's blend of exaggerated expressions and intense action is undeniably fun. The addition of these new MegaPunches adds another layer of excitement.

MegaPunches are essentially super moves, similar to Critical Arts in Street Fighter. Once your Hyper Gauge is full, you can unleash these devastating attacks. This update adds two new MegaPunches: Flame Bone, a fiery attack inspired by mythical dragons, and Frost Fang, an icy move that freezes opponents and deals continuous damage.

Mega! But that's not all! The update also includes new gym equipment to help you train between matches. The Deadlift equipment enhances skill damage stats, upgradable to level 8, and the Training Timer reduces skill training time.

So, while Boxing Star might not be a hyper-realistic boxing simulator (unless you're picturing a fight between Superman and the Hulk!), it's packed with flashy, fun content.
