Victory is achieved by capturing all enemy ports and preventing their recapture. Defeat comes when you lose all your ports and can't regain any. Train as many troops as possible to secure land battles after naval victories, but remember, losing a naval battle means losing all attacking troops.

Port Management Strategies:

1. Secure oil derricks early to boost your income. Unoccupied derricks are easiest to capture initially.
2. Monitor opponents' movements and react quickly. Use the inter-nation conflicts to your advantage. Opponent fleet movements present both threats and opportunities.
3. Cancel troop or fleet training if your port is under attack to prevent wasted resources.
