World of Warcraft Classic Reveals When Season of Discovery\'s Phase 7 Will Launch

World of Warcraft Classic's Season of Discovery culminates with its seventh and final phase, launching January 28th. This significant update introduces the Karazhan Crypts dungeon and the challenging Scourge Invasions event. Guilds will then face the legendary Naxxramas raid beginning February 6th, featuring enhanced difficulty options.

Phase 7 arrives two months after Phase 6, which saw players conquer Ahn'qiraj. The lingering mystery of the Shadowy Figure, sighted during Ahn'qiraj, remains unresolved, leaving players to speculate about its potential reappearance.

The Karazhan Crypts, a 5-player dungeon located beneath the iconic Karazhan tower, will offer a new challenge. Simultaneously, the Scourge Invasions will unleash undead hordes across Azeroth, prompting players to undertake new quests at Light's Hope Chapel and collect Necrotic Runes for unique consumables.

Beyond the dungeons and invasions, Naxxramas, a formidable raid, will open on February 6th. Players can tackle the raid's four wings, followed by the Frostwyrm Lair and its final bosses, Sapphiron and Kel'thuzad. A new "Empower" difficulty setting will provide an even greater test of skill. New runes will also become available from Rune Brokers across Azeroth.

While Season of Discovery concludes with Phase 7, the future of World of Warcraft Classic remains vibrant, promising exciting developments throughout 2025. Blizzard's plans for future seasonal realms are yet to be revealed.
