Navigating the hazardous Zone in Stalker 2: Heart of Chornobyl exposes you to the perilous effects of PSI radiation. While some suits offer basic protection, the SEVA series stands out as engineered to withstand these intense levels of radiation. Three distinct SEVA suits are scattered throughout the game's open world, each presenting its own unique challenge to acquire. Let's explore each variant and determine which reigns supreme.
Your journey to obtain the SEVA-D suit begins within the Cage, nestled in the Cement Factory region. This suit rests atop a partially constructed building, demanding a perilous climb through challenging terrain and a hazardous PSI radiation anomaly zone. Reaching the summit requires careful navigation and strategic maneuvering.
The SEVA-V suit offers a comparatively easier acquisition. Located at the Scientist Helicopter POI in the Rostok region, this suit awaits atop a crane within the operator's cabin, requiring a simpler climb than its SEVA-D counterpart. It boasts improved stats over the SEVA-D and includes an additional artifact slot.
The pinnacle of SEVA armor, the SEVA-I, offers superior stats, particularly in PSI protection. This suit can be found in two locations: the Duga base or the Yantar Production Complex. At Duga, it's located near the arms depot, requiring a confrontation with a Burer. In Yantar, a less challenging route involves navigating rusted pipes and entering a building through a wall breach. For early-game players, Yantar presents the more accessible option.
