Speed Demons 2: PC Release Announced

Radiangames has announced Speed Demons 2, a side-scrolling highway racer reminiscent of the classic Burnout series. Boasting a similar visual style and high-octane gameplay, this PC title follows the original mobile game and is slated for release later this year.

The developers highlight a unique control scheme: "Controls are focused on movement, not steering. You'll use gas, brake, and turbo buttons, while the analog stick (or mouse) controls your vehicle's vertical direction." While unconventional, they assure players it's surprisingly intuitive.

Speed Demons 2 offers ten game modes, including the destructively fun Pursuit, Takedown, and Rampage—all requiring you to eliminate other vehicles within a time limit. For a different challenge, try Scratchless, reminiscent of Burnout's Burning Lap, where minimizing car damage is key to victory.
