Week 2 of The Sims 4's Blast from the Past event presents a puzzling challenge: studying a Historical Display. This guide clarifies the process and addresses common issues.

Locating a Historical Display:

The Week 2 quest requires interacting with a Historical Display, encompassing both paintings and sculptures, found within museums. Consult your in-game map; museums are denoted by a pillar icon. While several exist, the Municipal Museum (Willow Creek) and The Future's Past (Oasis Springs) offer convenient proximity to other event tasks.

Studying the Display:

Upon entering a museum, locate a painting or sculpture. Clicking it presents a "View" option. Selecting this completes the quest, indicated by the appearance of the Emit icon.

Troubleshooting Common Issues:

Many players encounter difficulties with the "View" option becoming unresponsive. This problem is frequently linked to mods. Consider temporarily disabling mods to resolve this. If the issue persists, attempting multiple displays across different museums may prove successful. Hopefully, EA will address this bug soon.

All Week 2 Quests:

Completing the Historical Display task is just one step in Week 2's challenges. The full list includes:
