Mortal Kombat 1: T-1000 gameplay trailer revealed

Mortal Kombat 1 is shrouded in rumors, the most prevalent being that the upcoming DLC wave, culminating with the T-1000, will be the last. However, a new gameplay trailer for the Liquid Terminator offers a welcome distraction from such speculation.

Unlike the flashy aerial prowess often seen in characters like Homelander, the T-1000’s strength lies in his signature liquid metal transformation. This ability allows for creative dodging and extended combo potential.

His Fatality, naturally, nods to Terminator 2: Judgment Day, featuring a massive truck reminiscent of the iconic chase scene. The full Fatality wasn't revealed, likely to avoid an adult rating on the trailer and to preserve some mystery.

The T-1000 arrives on March 18th, alongside the new Kameo fighter, Madam Bo. Regarding the game's future beyond this DLC, neither Ed Boon nor NetherRealm Studios have offered any official statements.
