Marvel Rivals Suits Up with Spider-Man 2 Suit

Marvel Rivals welcomes an unexpected crossover: the Advanced Suit 2.0 from Marvel's Spider-Man 2!

PlayStation announced this exciting collaboration on X/Twitter, showcasing NetEase Games' adaptation of this iconic suit for their hero shooter. Originally designed by Insomniac Games for Marvel's Spider-Man, this sleek suit, distinguished by its white spider emblem, has appeared in all three games of the series. This Marvel Rivals addition marks a surprising partnership with Sony and their console-exclusive superhero title.

Launched in December, Marvel Rivals already boasts a wide array of unlockable suits. The Advanced Suit 2.0 stands out, not only for its connection to the popular PlayStation series, but also because it features the voice of Yuri Lowenthal. Lowenthal voiced Peter Parker in all three Insomniac Spider-Man games and lends his voice to the Marvel Rivals version. Players acquiring the suit on January 30th will find the experience familiar and authentic.

The inclusion of the Advanced Suit 2.0 adds another exciting element to the game's content, especially following the release of Season 1: Eternal Night Falls. This season introduced Mister Fantastic and the Invisible Woman as playable characters, with The Thing and Human Torch arriving shortly. Creative director Guangyun Chen has promised at least one new hero every six weeks.
