DC x Sonic the Hedgehog is a collaboration between Sonic veterans, writer Ian Flynn and artist Adam Bryce Thomas. The first issue boasts cover art by Pablo M. Collar and Ethan Young.

This crossover event pits Darkseid against the Sonic universe. Sensing immense power, Darkseid invades, forcing the Justice League and Team Sonic into an unlikely alliance to thwart his conquest.

This collaboration extends beyond the comic, with Warner Bros. and Sega partnering for a line of exclusive Target merchandise. The initial release includes T-shirts and hoodies featuring Shadow the Hedgehog as Batman.
