Where To Find Something Infested With Fleas in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2

Completing "A Good Scrub":

The initial quest involves recruiting girls for the bathhouse, requiring a trip to the courtyard where Matsek is located. After recruiting and returning the girls, you'll need to promote the bathhouse by shouting its advertisement in various locations during the daytime. Finally, clean the bathhouse before the alderman's inspection to avoid closure.

Obtaining the Flea-Infested Item for "Ill Repute":

After successfully completing "A Good Scrub," speak with Betty about further issues. To help her outmaneuver a competing bathhouse, you'll need to drive away Councillor Naaz. This involves gathering information from Meaty Mary, Katcha, and Little Lida, potentially acquiring a noblewoman's dress for Lida to reveal the Councillor's preferences. You can either sabotage the competing bathhouse with fragrant oils or, as detailed below, use a flea-infested item.

Katcha mentions a previous flea infestation. To find the flea-infested item, head to the east gate of Kuttenberg. There, you'll find a beggar camp. Search the sacks in this camp to locate a flea-infested blanket.

Once obtained, return to the competing bathhouse and discreetly place the fleas into Councillor Naaz's laundry basket. Note that completing this task is optional; successfully completing one of the three tasks (including the fragrant oils or other methods) is sufficient to progress the quest.

Upon completion, you can move on to other quests, such as "Axe from the Lake."
