Excitement is building as Honkai Impact 3rd gears up for its v8.1 update, dubbed "Drumming in New Resolutions," set to launch on February 20th. This update is packed with thrilling new content, including new battlesuits, stunning outfits, and generous anniversary rewards that players won't want to miss.

What’s New in Honkai Impact 3rd v8.1?

Kiana returns with a vengeance in her new SD-type battlesuit, Ba-Dum! Fiery Wishing Star. This fiery warrior wields a long staff to unleash a 4-sequence attack that not only inflicts Fire DMG but also stacks Passion Marks, leading to powerful AOE damage. Her recommended weapon and PRI-ARM enhance her fiery prowess, ensuring that enemies are left scorched in her wake. Meanwhile, Herrscher of Human: Ego isn't left behind, with new gear including a recommended Divine Key, PRI-ARM, and a matching stigmata set.

On the narrative front, the v8.1 update delves deeper into Leylah's story. After navigating the dream crisis during the Spring Festival in v8.0, Kiana reenters the real world, partnering with Rice Cake for a new mission assigned by Theresa. This time, they're off to the Moon Base for a festive celebration. As you play through this interlude, you'll earn Crystals, Source Prisms, and other valuable rewards.

Adding to the fun, there's an interactive board where you can collect Yearly Chibis to enhance your team. Plus, you can accumulate shop tokens to exchange for Crystals, Coralie's new outfit, and a plethora of other enticing rewards.

Who Else Is Getting New Looks?

Beyond Coralie, Luna and Vita are also getting stylish upgrades. Luna's new outfit is up for grabs through spend bonuses, while Vita's new look will be available in the Outfit Supply. These fresh ensembles will surely make a statement in the battlefield.

Anniversary Rewards Galore

The anniversary celebrations bring a host of rewards just for logging in. A seven-day login streak nets you a Prism Stigma Direct Level-Up Coupon, an anniversary emblem, and more. Continue logging in for another seven days post-update, and you'll unlock Kiana’s Stigma Option, Herrscher of Human’s new Stigma Option, and 10 Equipment Supply Cards.
