In a thrilling addition, "Gyarados Plaza by Pokémon Center Hiroshima" is set to open at Soramoa Plaza’s rooftop, which is part of the new Hiroshima Station building called Minamoa. This special space is designed as "a plaza where people of all ages can spend time with Pokémon in their own way," featuring large play equipment modeled after Gyarados, the symbolic Pokémon of Pokémon Center Hiroshima.

The Gyarados Plaza will open its doors on March 24, 2025. For a temporary period following its launch, visitors will need to make advance reservations to use the playground equipment. More details will be available on the official Minamoa website.

If you're planning a visit to Hiroshima, the store operates from Monday to Sunday, between 10:00 am and 7:30 pm.
