GOG resurrects the cult classic survival horror games, Dino Crisis and Dino Crisis 2, with DRM-free PC re-releases. Both titles, originally released on PlayStation, are now available via GOG's Preservation Program, ensuring their original content remains intact.
Capcom's Dino Crisis 3, an Xbox exclusive, remains the last entry in the series, despite fan calls for a new game or HD remake. The release of Exoprimal, a dinosaur-themed multiplayer action game, and comments from creator Shinji Mikami seemingly sealed the fate of a Dino Crisis revival.
These PC ports, previously difficult to run on modern systems, are now readily accessible and enhanced thanks to GOG's efforts. GOG highlights the improved compatibility, stating Regina's iconic line, "You're extinct!", no longer applies to the games themselves.
