Marvel's "launch coverage" begins at 7 AM ET (4 AM PT) on February 4th. The video description states, "The Future Foundation invites you to take your first steps into a fantastic new era."

The film, slated for release on July 25th, 2025, stars Pedro Pascal as Reed Richards/Mr. Fantastic, Vanessa Kirby as Sue Storm/Invisible Woman, Joseph Quinn as Johnny Storm/Human Torch, and Ebon Moss-Bachrach as Ben Grimm/The Thing. Ralph Ineson portrays Galactus, and Julia Garner plays Silver Surfer. The cast also includes Paul Walter Hauser, John Malkovich, Natasha Lyonne, and Sarah Niles. Matt Shakman directs, with Kevin Feige producing.

Here's the official synopsis:

Set against the vibrant backdrop of a 1960s-inspired, retro-futuristic world, Marvel Studios’ The Fantastic Four: First Steps introduces Marvel’s First Family — Reed Richards/Mister Fantastic (Pedro Pascal), Sue Storm/Invisible Woman (Vanessa Kirby), Johnny Storm/Human Torch (Joseph Quinn) and Ben Grimm/The Thing (Ebon Moss-Bachrach) — as they confront their most formidable challenge yet. Balancing their heroic duties with their family bonds, they must defend Earth from the voracious space god Galactus (Ralph Ineson) and his mysterious Herald, Silver Surfer (Julia Garner). The stakes become intensely personal when Galactus's planet-devouring scheme threatens everything.

At New York Comic Con (NYCC) in October, attendees saw artwork featuring key MCU characters, including a first look at the live-action H.E.R.B.I.E. (Humanoid Experimental Robot B-Type Integrated Electronics).

Speculation abounds that Robert Downey Jr. might reprise his role as Doctor Doom, either appearing in The Fantastic Four: First Steps or being teased. Feige has confirmed the Fantastic Four's appearances in both Avengers: Doomsday and Avengers: Secret Wars.
