Epic Quest Unraveled: Wuthering Waves Knight's Journey

The Last Knight quest adds depth to the Rinascita region, offering a different perspective compared to the main storyline. While less expansive than major quests, it provides a unique experience and valuable rewards. This walkthrough simplifies the process.

Starting the Quest

Completion of Chapter 2 (including "What Yesterday Wept, Today Doth Sing") is a prerequisite. It's advisable to finish the main questline before exploring Rinascita extensively, as many side quests are locked until Chapter 2, Act 3. After completing the prerequisite, locate Cosimo in Egla Town, Whisperwind Haven. He's near the first house by the main road, marked by a blue quest marker.

The Night Reveries

This involves a performance honoring a legendary knight. Defeat the Mad Knight, who appears only at night (18:00 to 06:00). Find him at the town's central pool. He's not a particularly difficult opponent.

The Last Knight: Mimic Chests

After defeating the Mad Knight, travel to the tallest tower and then fly to Carlow's location (quest marker). He'll be unconscious near a large purple flower. Interacting with the flower transports you to an area with several chests. Three are genuine; only one of the subsequent chests is real—the second chest in the middle-left. Opening it yields Astrites and other rewards, but be prepared to fight the mimic chests afterward.

The Knight's Trail and The Strange Scent

This section involves visiting locations associated with the Mad Knight and interacting with NPCs.

Following a peculiar scent leads to a unique Chop Chop enemy with invulnerable Leftless and Rightless. Using a Questless Knight Echo is recommended for parrying and stunning it. Mr. Millkeeper reveals the truth about the "legendary knight."

Find Carlow

Return to Egla Town during the day and find Carlow in a town plaza. He'll be challenged by knights. Carlow's reaction concludes the quest, awarding Union XP, Astrites, and resources. "The Last Knight" will be marked as complete in the Tales of the Isles event.
