Dead Cells: Final Android Updates Arrive

It's almost over! No, not Dead Cells itself, but the free updates. After years of delivering fresh content since 2018, the developers are bringing the curtain down on Dead Cells Mobile's updates. But what a finale!

What's in the Final Updates?

The final two updates, "Clean Cut" and "The End is Near," are now available on Android. While future updates are off the table, these final chapters introduce a cursed twist.

Get ready for four new weapons, including the outlandish Sewing Scissors and the risky Misericorde. The Misericorde delivers massive critical damage to low-health enemies, but missing that final blow inflicts a curse. The Anathema, a heavy ranged weapon, explodes on impact—with a curse as a side effect if it hits anything. To counter the curse, there's a new skill called Indulgence, unleashing a powerful beam of light that also purges some curses.

These updates also introduce exciting new modes like Speedrun and Boss Rush DIY, along with 40 fresh heads to customize your character, and a helpful NPC who lets you swap them at will.

New Mutations and Enemies

The update also throws in some challenging new mutations. Cursed Flask lets you use your health flask without consuming a charge, while Damned Vigor briefly prevents death, giving you a chance to finish off a foe. Demonic Strength boosts damage if you're cursed, adding a strategic layer to risk versus reward.

Prepare to face formidable new enemies. The Sore Loser clings to you, cursing you upon defeat. The Curser fires guided cursed skulls and slashes if you get too close. And then there's the Doom Bringer, capable of instantly killing you if you accumulate over 50 curses.

Download Dead Cells from the Google Play Store and experience these final updates before they're gone!
